For care that is not life-threatening or at times when our clinics are not available, the information below can help you.

Please note that for urgent, life-threatening situations, 112 should always be used as the standard number throughout Europe.

If the situation is not life-threatening, we can often offer a visit to a private clinic on the same day at our clinic, this also applies to our ambulances and taxi transports.

Sweden
• In life-threatening situations: Call 112 for immediate help.
• For medical advice: Call 1177 to speak to a nurse who can advise and guide you to the right care facility. The service is available around the clock.


Norway
• In case of urgent, life-threatening conditions: Call 113.
• Emergency advice: Call 116 117 (Ambulance) for guidance on where you can get the right help in your area. This number can help both tourists and residents when visiting the emergency department.


Denmark
• In life-threatening situations: Call 112.
• For medical advice (especially in Region Hovedstaden): Call 1813 to speak to a doctor or nurse who can direct you to the right emergency department. For foreign mobile numbers, use +45 1813.

Finland
• In urgent need: Call 112 for emergency care.
• For advice on emergency care: Call 116 117 for help and guidance on the nearest available emergency department. Available around the clock in almost the entire country.
Iceland
• In case of emergency: Call 112 for immediate help. Ambulance and emergency care is available through this number.
• For emergency care advice: Call 1770 for help and guidance on the nearest available emergency department.
